F. Joseph Gormley represents local, national and international businesses and executives in competition matters as well as transactional, litigation and general business law matters. His work with diverse industries includes hospitality, automotive, defense, oil, energy, telecom, internet, high tech, entertainment, and healthcare. Mr. Gormley is a member of the Content Delivery Task Force of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law and is a former Chair of the Business Torts and Civil RICO Committee. Hon. Ronald H. Jarashow, a former judge on the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, received The Daily Record’s 2011 Leadership in Law Award. He represents clients in Maryland and D.C. in business, real estate, employment, and personal injury litigation. He has been recognized as a top business lawyer in the Baltimore/Annapolis area and leading medical malpractice and general practice lawyer, and is an experienced mediator and arbitrator.

Jeffrey P. Bowman is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, estate and trust litigation, construction and real estate claims, and general civil litigation. Mr. Bowman also represents businesses and individuals in business transactions. Mr. Bowman has been recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation and is a 2014-2015 Leading Lawyer in Construction law. Mr. Bowman formerly clerked for the Honorable Thomas G. Ross, Circuit Court for Queen Anne’s County. 

Kemp W. Hammond represents clients in business, real estate/property, employment, and personal injury litigation as well as business transactions. Mr. Hammond also handles local administrative and liquor law matters and is a 2014-2015 Leading Lawyer in these areas as well as Education law. Mr. Hammond is a former Assistant State’s Attorney in Anne Arundel County.
