An Anne Arundel County resident was rear ended while stopped in traffic and pushed into the car in front of him. He had injuries to his neck, back, elbow, and headaches. His medical bills were approximately $7,000. The insurance company offered $12,000. The judge awarded a Verdict of $25,000.00.
