This cookbook is one of my favorites because it focuses on fresh produce, lean proteins, natural sweeteners, and just healthy ingredients in general. It is richly illustrated and has over 100+ recipes; everything from snacks, to dinner party dishes, to happy hour cocktails, to desserts! It’s the perfect combination of indulgence and nourishment.
