Fruit and Herb Infused Ice Cubes

Rhea’s Rundown

Use those leftover herbs, fruits, and veggies by throwing them in the ice cube tray with some boiled, filtered water (to help create crystal clear cubes). They’re fun to make and add instant pizzazz to any drink. Try different combinations like cucumber and mint for mojitos or berries for sangria. I used my set of ice ball makers, but intend to get my hands on a king-sized ice cube tray, which will be perfect for party-sized servings.
