Blueberry-Mint Frozen GimletRhea’s Rundown
Kick back and relax with this 4-minute blueberry delight. Blueberries, mint, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice combine with gin for the perfect lazy Sunday afternoon concoction. The recipe requires a Magic Bullet, but if you don’t have one you can use a regular blender and start out with 2/3 cups of ice, adding more as needed. The recipe notes advise using smaller pieces of ice; if you don’t have smaller pieces handy place your ice cubes in a bag and crush them before blending.
Ingredients – Serves 1
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 ½ ounces dry London-style gin
- ¾ ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Ice to fill cup
1. Load ingredients into the 8-ounce cup in the order specified (it's important to really fill the cup up).
