Dietitians with MD-based Medifast just released tips on how trick-or-treaters, and adults, can have a healthier Halloween.

Some fun-sized treats are not so fun for our waistlines, so our dietitians put together information on what exercises can help burn off Halloween favorites and which candies are lower in calories than others.
