Get ready to celebrate New Year's Eve in true Annapolis style with dinner, dancing, and a night with Jazz, R&B spectacular, Marcus Johnson! Tickets to the show include a premium buffet dinner, dessert and a bubbly champagne toast at the stroke of midnight!
There will be a dance floor for this show. Independent Billboard-ranked musician and NAACP Image Award-nominated jazz keyboardist and pianist, Marcus Johnson has released 15 successful studio albums. Johnson is the owner of a music label, Three Keys Music, and has emerged as one of the young lions of the music world. His unique self-taught style of piano play has earned him distinction among his peers, praise from the media and accolades across the music industry. Marcus is on the cutting edge of ‘Euro Jazz’ having formed JURIS, a musical collaboration with acclaimed Parisian DJ and producer Pulse. The duo quickly developed a name within the international music community, enjoying large-scale performances.
Ring in 2016 with a 3 course dinner and fireworks show on the Annapolis Harbor. New Year’s Eve dinner is $75 per person and menu items include: Lobster Bisque, Tournedos Chesapeake, Tenderloin of Beef Filet Mignon, Twin Crab Cakes, Key Lime Pie, and more! Wear festive attire and enjoy music by The Morrison Brothers Band, a country rock band from Nashville. There will be Appetizers, buffet dinner, wine, and spirits by Cambridge Eateries. Celebrate New Year’s Eve with music at historic, newly renovated Christ Church. The program will include excerpts from Puccini's "La Bohème," Haydn’s exciting Symphony No. 101,"The Clock,” written after Haydn landed in England on New Year's day in 1791. It was an instant success with London audiences. Enjoy selections from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, Respighi's "Ancient Airs and Dances;" and Strauss songs and waltzes, "Wiener Blut" and "Blue Danube,"then home again to American songs and jazz!

Don’t miss the last day of Lights on the Bay, an annual holiday favorite. More than 60 light displays will adorn the shores of the Chesapeake Bay and run throughout Sandy Point State Park. The event benefits Anne Arundel Medical Center. Entry is $15 for cars and $50 for buses.
