We Care and Friends Toy DriveFor nearly 20 years, We Care and Friends has held a holiday toy drive, providing toys for hundreds of children whose families cannot afford gifts. Almost 200 families in need provide their children’s holiday wish list to We Care and Friends each year. The toys are provided by citizens at local toy drive drop sites in the Annapolis area, local companies, as well as, sponsors. Through the help of volunteers, We Care and Friends and Santa provided an evening of fun at the Stanton Community Center in Annapolis as the gifts were distributed to the children and their families on Christmas Eve 2015. Many thanks go out to those who donated their time to make this event a great success! Next year, you, your friends, or your company can sponsor a family in need or consider volunteering to sort or distribute gifts.
