At Grace Ryan Real Estate, LLC, we believe that successful client service is achieved by being the best possible partner and mentor to our agents. Every Grace Ryan company meeting begins with renewing our organization’s commitment to “constant improvement” in four main areas: client service, professionalism, personal growth, and community support. Our commitment to client service means that we constantly comb the market for cutting edge technology, marketing methods and financing solutions to ensure the best possible result for our clients. We don’t believe that an agent’s ability to pay for marketing and advertising should determine the right marketing budget for the sale of their client’s home. Grace Ryan advances all marketing expenses typically paid by agents and agrees on an appropriate marketing plan for every listing.

Our commitment to professionalism is exemplified by compensation plans that incentivize agents to complete 200% of the Maryland state continuing education requirements. We believe this results in a more committed sales professional with a more significant knowledge base working to sell your home, expeditiously and at the optimal value. Client review meetings are designed to amplify each agent’s individual strengths, review any specific support needed from the brokerage and agree on a plan to provide the best client experience possible. Our charitable matching program encourages agents to give back to the community they serve.

Finally, we believe in keeping things simple and straightforward. That’s why we don’t charge our agents or our clients administrative or transaction fees. In the real estate business, agents are generally compensated on an agreed upon portion of the sales price. Agents typically don’t receive a commission if a home doesn’t sell. While we enthusiastically expect every client’s listing to sell quickly, we understand that, for various reasons, sometimes a listing doesn’t get to the closing table. As a brokerage, we believe in sharing our agents’ expenses in the same way we share in their profits – whether a transaction closes or not. Simple, straightforward and fair. In the end, we believe that happy and empowered agents lead to happy and prosperous clients.

Debbie Greenfield, REALTOR®, DSAC

Licensed in Maryland since 2001, Debbie is a seasoned agent with residential knowledge and expertise in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. She is equally proficient in representing sellers and buyers and has represented both in home sales from under $200K to over $1 mill.  Debbie gets the job done while maintaining the Grace Ryan values of integrity, honesty, and community dedication. Debbie lives in Providence.

Julie Katcef, REALTOR®

Julie was born and raised in the Annapolis area and has been selling real estate here since 2011. Her extensive background in advertising and marketing has helped to build her real estate business. She has worked with buyers and sellers ranging from first time homebuyers to upscale waterfront clients. Julie provides outstanding service and expertise necessary to guide clients through the process of purchasing or selling a home. Julie now resides in Gingerville Woods.

Staci Foster, REALTOR®, CNE

As a full time agent, Staci has made a high level commitment to real estate. Skilled in negotiations, she is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. As a lifelong resident of the Annapolis area and having run her own local business for 8 successful years, Staci has a wide personal and professional network. Through her experiences she has gained a wealth of knowledge and is excited to share it with her clients to ensure a rewarding transaction. Staci now resides in South River Colony.

Parker Jones, REALTOR®

Parker was born and raised in Annapolis. He has lived in multiple Annapolis neighborhoods, learning about the communities and their amenities. He has personally purchased, remodeled and sold homes for investment purposes, as well as subdivided land. Having worked in Annapolis as a small business owner and currently a member of many boards, Parker is well connected in and understands the community. Parker is an avid outdoorsman and values the balance of interior and exterior improvements to make a house feel like a “home.”  Parker has been a proud Bay Ridge resident for 12 years.

Meggie Carpenter, REALTOR®, Operations Manager

Four years ago, Meggie moved to Annapolis for its central location to major metropolitan areas. She instantly fell in love and hasn’t left. As Operations Manager, Meggie actively works with the entire team, offering behind-the-scenes support and finding the newest technologies to help agents’ work go farther for their clients. With a paralegal certificate, marketing background, and financial experience, Meggie is prepared to help clients and agents through each step of the process. Meggie currently resides in Annapolis Overlook.

Emily Denny, REALTOR®, Operations Support

With a background in Property Management, Emily provides a great level of expertise in customer service. In addition, Emily handles Internet and print marketing as well as keeping the team up to date on the latest industry software. As a new homeowner herself, she is excited to share the rewarding experience of the home buying process with our clients. Emily currently resides in Grasonville.
