Wickman Estate a Stunner: This Kent Island beauty is a showcase of luxurious amenities and waterfront lifestyle

This beautiful villa, located in Oyster Cove, a gated private waterfront community at Kent Narrows, offers breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. The property, which was listed on August 28th, 2015, sold on February 26th, 2016, after 116 days on the market—despite entering the market during the late fall/early winter season. This is especially noteworthy because it indicates that the “out-of-season” days on market are impressive for this community.
