Pop-Up Happy Hour: Houlihan’s

What’s Up? readers received a complimentary taste of Houlihan’s signature dish at January’s Pop-Up Happy Hour. The Mahi Mahi with Citrus Crab Salad is a popular entrée at the Gambrills restaurant—pan-seared fillets dressed with a lump blue crab salad, tossed with oranges, cilantro, red peppers, and green onion, served on a bed of grilled pineapple and brown rice, topped with a Thai chili glaze.
