What’s Up? readers sampled Founders’ In-House Barrel-Aged Manhattan at its Pop-Up Happy Hour on Tuesday, February 28th. The owners of this rustic, chic haunt, Steve and Janet Sumner, are deservedly proud of this perfect for the season cocktail. The ingredients: Evan Williams Bottled and Bonded Bourbon, James E. Pepper 1776 Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Old Camp Peach Pecan Whiskey, In-House Barrel-Aged Sweet Vermouth blended with a dash of bitters, a splash of cherry juice, and a Tillen Farm Bada Bing Cherry to finish.
