Rip's Country Inn, located in Bowie, offered guests samples of its popular meatloaf entrée during What's Up? Media's Pop-Up Happy Hour on Wednesday, March 29th.

Taken from a 50-year-old family recipe, the hearty meatloaf is a blend of locally sourced pork, veal, and beef, with red pepper, onion, a flavorful tomato sauce, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, eggs, just the right measure of breadcrumbs, and an herb and spice combo.
