Staci Foster, REALTOR®, CNE

Staci is skilled in negotiations and is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. As a lifelong resident of the Annapolis area, Staci has gained valuable industry experience and is excited to share it with her clients to assure a rewarding transaction.


Laurie Hart, REALTOR®

Laurie has relocated several times over the past 10 years and understands first-hand how stressful and exciting this process can be for her clients. Nick has 30 years of sales and marketing experience with over half of those in the construction and real estate industries. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and his patience and knowledge translates to all clients. He uses effective marketing strategies to ensure qualified buyers will notice your listing, getting it sold quickly and for top dollar.

Emily Denny, REALTOR®, Agent Marketing & Development

Emily works behind the scenes ensuring contracts are thorough and protect the best interest of all clients. She creates dynamic marketing strategies personalized to each home to attract the most buyers to every listing.


Meggie Carpenter, REALTOR®, AHWD

Bobbi Farquhar, REALTOR®

Bobbi’s background in real estate spans 20 years. Purchasing her first investment home while still in college, she understands the real estate process from both the buyer and seller perspective. As a former IT Engineer, she takes advantage of technology trends quickly, giving her clients the edge of getting information quicker and marketing their homes better.
