December has finally come along and Christmas is quickly closing in, which means it's time for the big man to start making his rounds. Here’s a quick list of where you can find Santa this season!


Annapolis:


Midnight Madness – Downtown Annapolis
Thursday, December 13th, 6 p.m.
Downtown Annapolis Partnership proudly presents Midnight Madness, the annual holiday tradition. West Street, Main Street, Maryland Avenue, Market Space, Randall Street, and Dock Street will be filled with carolers, musicians, dancers, and performers to make your holiday shopping experience uniquely Annapolis. Enjoy the company of family and friends as you shop in the winter wonderland of holiday decorations, lights, and garland. Don’t forget to snap a photo in Snowflake Alley or in front of the Christmas tree!

Men's Night Out – South Moon Under
Thursday, December 13th, 6–9 p.m.
Head to South Moon Under and shop holiday favorites for everyone on your list. Plus, enjoy a local craft whiskey tasting, complimentary gift wrapping, and more.

A Broadway Holiday – Annapolis Shakespeare Company
Thursday, December 13th, 7:30 p.m. & Saturday, December 15th, 8 p.m.
A holiday confection of Broadway showstoppers on ASC's Main Stage featuring Christine Asero, Sally Boyett, Ian Charles, Joe Rossi, and special guests accompanied by a live orchestra. There are only four performances, so reserve your tickets now!

Illuminated London Town – Historic London Town and Gardens
Friday, December 14th and Saturday, December 15th, 6–9 p.m.
Experience the magic of a winter evening at Illuminated London Town! Sip hot cider and roast s'mores beside roaring fires in the Historic Area. Explore the gardens, illuminated with festive holiday lights. Discover colonial nighttime and holidays at a candlelit William Brown House, decorated for the season.

The Talent Machine Presents Holiday Cheer 2018 – St. John’s College
Friday, December 14th through Sunday, December 16th, 7:30 p.m.
Join The Talent Machine Company as they celebrate Holiday Cheer 2018! This high energy production will feature the holiday classics that we have grown to love and enjoy. Traditional holiday favorites will be performed, as well as some new exciting numbers that will delight audiences of all ages. 

Holiday Pops: A Winter's Heart Celtic Music Celebration – Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts
Friday, December 14th, 8 p.m.
The Annapolis Symphony will celebrate the holidays with Celtic flair this season during their annual Holiday Pops concert, featuring Irish-American vocalist Cathie Ryan.

The Nutcracker – Children’s Theatre of Annapolis
Saturday, December 15th, 1 p.m. & 4 p.m. and Sunday, December 16th, 1 p.m.
The Nutcracker is a holiday tradition unlike any other. The Chesapeake Ballet Company youth ballet corps brings their production of The Nutcracker to the Children’s Theatre of Annapolis for the 12th year. 

Santa Speedo Run – Downtown Annapolis
Saturday, December 15th, 10:30 a.m.
Grab your speedo and head to downtown Annapolis for the annual Santa Speedo Run and Toy Drive. After the run, enjoy food, friends, and fun at O'Brien's. Don't forget to bring a new, unwrapped toy or book for the Salvation Army's Toy Drive.

Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes – Rams Head on Stage
Sunday, December 16th, 8 p.m. 
With their classic blend of hard-core R&B and street-level rock, molten grooves, soulful guitar licks, and blistering horn section, Johnny and his Jukes continue to put their unique stamp on the Jersey Shore sound, while recalling the glory years of Otis Redding and similar Stax Records titans.

Eastern Shore:


Skate with Santa – Talbot County Community Center
Thursday, December 13th, 6–8 p.m.
Santa will be taking a break from his busy schedule at the North Pole to visit the Talbot County Community Center to share holiday memories with the whole family! Kids will have an opportunity to sit on Santa’s lap to reveal wishes and receive a special gift. Pre-registration is required. Please bring your own camera to take a memorable photograph with Santa.

Christmas Wonderland at the Museum – Tilghman Waterman’s Museum, Tilghman Island
Friday, December 14th, 5–8 p.m. and Saturday, December 15th, 12–4 p.m.
Tilghman Watermen’s Museum presents the annual “Christmas Display Wonderland” featuring miniature Christmas villages of lighted houses, train sets, and dolls. A fun holiday activity for the whole family. Come and enjoy hot cocoa and cookies as you browse the Lee House all decorated with Christmas trees!

Annie the Musical – Avalon Theatre, Easton
Friday, December 14th and Saturday, December 15th, 7 p.m.; Sunday, December 16th, 2 p.m.
The Avalon Foundation presents a heart-warming rendition of the classic musical, Annie. All ticket proceeds go toward the Foundation’s year-round mission to provide diversified arts and educational programs that improve the quality of life here on the Eastern Shore.

Western Shore:


Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker – The Hippodrome Theatre, Baltimore
Friday, December 14th,7 p.m. & Saturday, December 15th, 1 p.m. & 5 p.m.
Christmas is coming and so is the one and only Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker. Presenting world class Russian artists, hand-painted sets, Russian Snow Maidens, and jubilant Nesting Dolls–Great Russian Nutcracker brings the Christmas spirit to life for all ages.

Mumford & Sons – Capital One Arena, D.C.
Friday, December 14th, 7:30 p.m.
Folk-rock band Mumford & Sons rose to fame after releasing their 2007 debut album, Sigh No More, which featured the popular songs “The Cave” and “Little Lion Man.” In support of their fourth studio album, Delta, Mumford & Sons have kicked off a world arena tour. The band will be joined by Easton-native Maggie Rogers.
