The 8th Annual Bridges to the World International Film Festival
Admission is free for all of the movies, which are sponsored by World Artists Experiences and the International Division of Maryland’s Office of the Secretary of State
The Bridges to the World International Film Festival is a statewide initiative in recognition of the State’s global reach and connections.
The festival will feature:
“Cupcakes” from Israel on Feb. 2;
“Cruel Joys” from Slovakia on Feb. 9;
“Bamboo Flowers” from the Philippines on Feb. 16;
“Vent” and “Cham”, two films from Syria on Mar. 1;
“Breaking the Wave” from Panama on Mar. 8.
There will be no show on Feb. 23 because Maryland Hall will be closed.
Each film will be introduced and followed by a discussion. Films will be shown with English subtitlesVisit Event Website for More Info
