Thursday Gentle Restorative Yoga classes are taught by various instructors and combine easy stretching with restorative poses to reduce stress, restore balance and renew spirit. Learn to move your body comfortably and safely. Emphasis on working at your own pace to stretch, heal, energize and de-stress. Open to all levels.
