Making Aspirations for the New Year
Why make new year's resolutions that only point our your shortcomings? Making vows such as "I want to lose weight" or "I need to save money" will not necessarily motivate you to have a healthier body, or practice sustainable spending. Join us at the winery with Kim Engstrom, M.S., Transitional Life Coach, in proposing that instead of resolutions, we make aspirations: opportunities that will make us a little better in some way, or more aware, or a bit healthier!
In this interactive workshop, we will create a theme for your year and learn how to switch those resolutions into all you aspire to be in 2017.
