17th Annual Multicultural Festival

For 18 years now, the Multicultural Festival has brought the Mid-Shore together for one big party among the spring sunshine, blooming flowers, and greening trees of Easton’s Idlewild Park. The fun, free event, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 6th, 10 a.m.–2 p.m., offers a way to celebrate the area’s distinct heritages dating back several generations along with the variety of ethnic groups that have come to call this area their home. Since its debut in 2000 as a project of Talbot County P.E.A.C.E, the Festival has featured live entertainment, a variety of refreshments including ethnic food selections, children’s games, and an opportunity to visit local vendors and area service organizations.
