Tai Chi/Qigong for Health & Wellness (Fridays) 10-Week Session April 21 – June 23, 2017 5:30-6:30pm Mountain Yoga Studio 4231 Postal Ct, Pasadena, MD 21122 www.MountYoga.com A new session of tai chi classes will meet once a week at Mountain Yoga Studio. The class will cover basic tai chi and qigong exercises. New students can join at any time and the fee will be pro-rated (or try out a class and only pay if you decide to continue). Tai chi improves: immune system function, blood pressure, blood sugar, mood, arthritis pain, balance, bone density, strength. flexibility, focus and more. The class is taught by experienced instructor, Shifu Billy Greer, who teaches throughout Anne Arundel County and trains with top tai chi masters from around the world. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement. You can make up missed classes by attending any of Jing Ying's "Tai Chi for Health & Wellness" or "Tai Chi for Chronic Conditions" classes at Jing Ying's studio in Arnold up to a month after a Mountain Yoga session ends.
