Tai Chi for Health & Wellness

an early-morning class

Students work on life enhancement exercises for health and wellness. Practice includes basic tai chi and qi-nurturing exercises and an 18-movement form. The practice allows for a wide variety of fitness levels. Students can join at any time & the fee will be pro-rated (you can try the first class and only pay if you decide to continue). Tai chi improves: immune system function, blood pressure, blood sugar, mood, arthritis pain, balance, bone density, strength, flexibility, focus & more.
