Art 4 A Cause
Shar Gogerdchi is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ at Premier Planning Group and host of the first Art 4 A Cause event, taking place, Thursday, April 27th from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Shar is passionate about supporting the Annapolis communities, where he grew up. He embraces the local arts scene and supports its vibrancy. Shar helps individual clients and small business owners achieve their financial goals through holistic planning.
Art 4 A Cause creates an opportunity for clients and guests to network with the community while learning about local visual and/or musical artist(s) and a deserving non-profit. The artists get to select a non-profit of their choice. A portion of the proceeds from wine tastings, art and/or music sold will be donated to the non‐profit.
The Chesapeake Bay Trust is a non-profit grant-making organization dedicated to improving the natural resources of Maryland and the Chesapeake region through environmental education, community engagement, and local watershed restoration. The Trust engages hundreds of thousands of individuals annually in projects that have a measurable impact on the waterways and other natural resources of the region.

Tom Anderson of Olde Dog Sewing will be presenting his creations. Olde Dog Sewing uses recycled sails and sailing gear to make one‐of‐a-kind handmade bags, wallets, and fabric art. Recycled sails sourced from the Chesapeake Bay area are incorporated with new materials to create unique lines of practical artful everyday products.
