Plan for a flat, two-mile outing of about two hours through areas of Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge that are usually closed to the public. The walk will be led by a local birding expert or naturalist, and will conclude with cocoa and cookies at Refuge Headquarters. Bring binoculars and a camera. Wear boots and dress warmly. No rain date. Registration for each walk is limited to 20, first-come, first-served. Children over 12 are permitted, but no dogs.
