Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi is offered monthly. Beginners welcome.

The Wellness House of Annapolis provides strength and support to those affected by cancer. Services offered include: counselling, support groups, therapeutic art and music, educational seminars, children's programs and much more. Though the generosity of our community, all of our services and programs are offered free of charge.

All Services are FREE, open to anyone who has been affected by cancer, and funded by volunteer support and donations. Membership is free and required prior to attending classes and seminars. Please call or visit our website for an application.
