Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga,originally created for individuals with mobility challenges, is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Perfect for beginners, chair yoga is open to all levels. Instructor: Nina The Wellness House of Annapolis provides strength and support to those affected by cancer. Services offered include: counselling, support groups, therapeutic art and music, educational seminars, children's programs and much more. Though the generosity of our community, all of our services and programs are offered free of charge. All Services are FREE, open to anyone who has been affected by cancer, and funded by volunteer support and donations. Membership is free and required prior to attending classes and seminars.
