Most of the time these good intentions don't translate into real change - and that has nothing to do with a lack of desire or motivation. Change is a behavior-based activity and it doesn't happen overnight. In this workshop we'll look at how change happens, how to set yourself up for success, and you'll have an opportunity to get really clear on what you'd like to do new and exactly how you're going to make it happen.
