Annapolis Irish Week - St. Patrick's Day Parade
Annapolis Irish week is synonymous with the end to winter, happy cheery locals, and visitors from far and wide who come to enjoy the lively city. It all starts with The Hooley on Saturday, March 10th, at the Loews Annapolis Hotel. The Hooley is an Irish party, held the night before the parade, featuring dinner, live entertainment, and an Irish Coffee or two. The highlight of the week is the sixth annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 11th, 1 p.m., which has become the largest parade and social event in the city. Participants from three countries and at least 15 states will particulate in the 2018 establishment. Many local establishments key on the upcoming Green week by hosting Irish History dinners, St. Baldrick’s fund raisers, Irish music, and excellent fund raisers across town.
