Enchanting Recipes of Casablanca (Adult Cooking Class) Friday March 23rd, 6:30PM-8:30PM Guest Chef: Alba Johnson Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste. The cuisine of Casablanca, Morocco is rated among the best in the world because of its aromatic spices, how the food is carefully and artistically prepared, and how delightfully it is served. The anticipation is to always please the guest so they know they are welcome. In this class, we will be making Braised Meatballs in Ras-El-Hanout Spice, Zaalouk (Eggplant and Tomato Cooked Salad), and Seffa Couscous. Cost: $45. Register online. Registration fees may apply.
