3 FREE Beginner Yoga Workshops

Classes at 8, 9:30 & 11am

Know you need it but not sure where to start? Build your foundation & join us for a day of beginner-friendly classes! All classes will be slower-paced and include more instruction. 8am BB 26 (a.k.a. Bikram or “Hot” Yoga). Heated room, modified Bikran-style 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises. This class gets you deeper into your flexibility, especially favored by athletes & men. 9:30am Buti Yoga. Warm room, unique fusion of Vinyasa yoga, plyometrics & tribal dance. Gives you stretching, cardio and strengthening in one class! Women only. 11am Vinyasa Flow. Warm room, fun flow with well-known yoga postures focused on connecting breath and movement to provide both deep stretching and muscle toning.
