Dr. Kathy Parmele is a board-certified emergency physician, 12-time marathon and 3-time Ironman finisher, Greek immigrant, wife of a pediatrician, and mother of two. She Is a Harvard-certified CHEF Coach (Culinary Health Education Fundamentals) and Director of Wellness for Calvert Health Emergency Department and Emergency Medicine Associates. She is the founder of HealThySelf HealThyWorld, LLC which aims to promote resilience and wellness among medical practitioners.
