Child Development Workshop Series in July

Chesapeake Children's Museum

Ever wonder what makes your young child tick?  Parents, grandparents, and other caregivers will benefit from a series of workshops designed to enhance their knowledge and skills for working with children ages 2 - 5 years.  Child development specialist Deborah Wood, Ph.D. facilitates the sessions drawing from research and practical experience.  Professionals will earn certificates of continued education approved by MSDE.

Wed, July 11:  Easy to Difficult - Temperament Differences

Tues, July 17:  Why Do Children Misbehave?

Wed, July 18:  Effective Discipline Techniques

Thurs, July 19:  "I Had it First!" Teaching Conflict Resolution
