Shelia is a CNHP,CHS ( Certified Natural Health Professional) (Certified Health Specialist) and received her education from Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, Indiana. She is also a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate and has 7 years’ experience in nursing and saw many patients with little lasting improvements and looked for a more natural approach to healing the whole person with proper nutrition. Shelia has been educating in many facets for over 20 years with her most recent classes being focused on proper nutrition and Emotional Healing for the Body, Mind and Soul. Join us for this class where you will learn to make fiber full, gluten-free and vegan crackers you can make at home along with pecan pie muffins. You will be amazed how delicious and nutritious they are. Demonstration, recipes and samples.

REFUND POLICY: A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 1 week prior to class. Under no circumstances will a transfer of funds or refund be issued without 1 week notice; no exceptions. However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot for the class with a friend, family member or colleague.
