SYS Yoga Workshop

This workshop is recommended for both the newbie and seasoned yogi. Newbie? Let’s embark upon your yoga journey equipped with knowledge and awareness. We’ll uncover your unique path. Seasoned? Let’s enhance your current practice with new ways of movement and mindfulness. We’ll open you to new potentials.

We'll cover the basics of the body’s energy and our structural alignment. We’ll discuss common yoga injuries and how to avoid them. We’ll practice alignment-based essentials for safety and stability on (and off!) the mat. And as always -- some breath work, relaxation, and FUN!

Yoga teachers welcome. Come revisit the nitty gritty. It’s the most important part of what we do. And a refresher is always refreshing.
