Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste.
All over Greece and the Middle Eastern world, an assortment of small savory plates, “Meze” are enjoyed. Known in other countries as tapas, antipasto, or hors d’oeuvres, these small plates are foods to share with friends in an unrushed environment. Let’s cook and relish the tradition of making Greek Mezes of tasty dishes such as Pan Fried Feta in Sesame Seeds and Honey, Meat and Rice Stuffed Tomatoes, Greek Yogurt Based Coleslaw Salad, and Spinach and Cheese Pie in Phyllo dough.
Cost: $45. Per Person. Register online.
REFUND POLICY: A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 1 week prior to class. Under no circumstances will a transfer of funds or refund be issued without 1 week notice; no exceptions. However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot for the class with a friend, family member or colleague.
