Alba is a cooking instructor and personal chef specializing in southern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Her recipes are rustic, simple and vibrant in taste.
Whether you are hosting a holiday dinner or attending as a guest and bringing a dish, why not make delicious sides to pair with the main course. These new side dishes deserve main event status. Let’s make and enjoy Savory Pecorino Cheese and Fruit Tart, Puree of Potatoes Green Beans and Basil, Portobello and Prosciutto Al Gratin, and Butternut Squash al Gorgonzola.
Cost: $45. Per Person.
Register online. REFUND POLICY: A full refund can be issued if requested AT LEAST 1 week prior to class. Under no circumstances will a transfer of funds or refund be issued without 1 week notice; no exceptions. However, we will accept a name transfer if you would like to fill your slot for the class with a friend, family member or colleague.
