Want to know more about one of the most iconic voices of all time? You can hear all about it as Infinity Theatre Company showcases Frank Sinatra’s life through his timeless songs.

Start spreading the news... the Infinity Theatre Company is back! The professional theater from New York City is producing My Way—A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra running from June 16 through July 10 at the Children’s Theatre of Annapolis.

The cast of four actors and three musicians include Infinity Theatre Company’s own Co-Producing Artistic Directors Alan Ostroff and his wife Anna Roberts Ostroff. The twosome founded Infinity Theatre Company last year and are overjoyed to debut My Way during their second season in Annapolis—Anna’s hometown and where the couple got married. “Annapolis is a great music town, so we feel this show will do well and Sinatra’s music will really resonate with the residents, both young and old,” says Alan Ostroff.

After interviewing a number of directors, Alan and Anna felt that the strong theatrical background and keen visual eye of Matthew Schneider will help bring the story of Sinatra and his powerful music to life. “The script and score lent itself to a lot of interpretation, so I chose to focus on having strong characters that are exploring strong relationships with one another through Sinatra’s songs. There is some dialogue, but it’s mostly music,” explains Schneider.

A full creative team of professionals are being utilized for live music, lighting, costumes, and more. The production will showcase more than 50 Sinatra songs, including “New York, New York,” “My Funny Valentine,” and “Fly Me to the Moon,” in medleys and shortened versions. “We are covering Sinatra’s whole career, but people shouldn’t be afraid of the show’s length, we aren’t covering the more than 1,300 songs Sinatra recorded,” jokes Roberts Ostroff. “His music spans generations and we love introducing it to younger generations.”

The Infinity Theatre Company is donating a percentage of their season’s profits to the Children’s Theatre of Annapolis; tickets range from $18-$35. For more information call 877-501-8499 or visit infinitytheatrecompany.com or childrenstheatreofannapolis.com.
