I have been a patient of this dental office since it's opening in 2003. It's location cannot be more convenient being just off Interstate 97 in Severna Park/Millersville. Upon entering the office you experience a very warm, inviting atmosphere with it's professional decor I have never walked into the office without receiving a warm welcome immediately upon entering. There is always at least one or many times two people at the reception desk. I don't believe I have had to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes (most times no wait) before being seen by either the Dental Hygienist, Sally or Dr. Clayton McCarl. Sally has an amazing talent for making you feel like you've come to visit a good friend to catch up on all the latest, while performing her job that makes you feel and look so good afterwards. Dr. McCarl typically sees me after each appointment with the Hygienist for a general oral exam and any concerns from either Sally or me. Dr. McCarl always makes you feel like you are the only patient in the office and listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. His warm and professional personality makes you feel comfortable, quieting any fears you may have about any dental procedure. I have never had problems scheduling appointments or even changing appointments when necessary. The office is very good about sending out written reminders followed by a phone call two days prior to any appointment. I would highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs and care. I came to this office seven years ago and have been happy with my decision ever since.
