The purpose of this workshop is to assist Managers and Other Leaders to: Raise Awareness of Personality Styles of Self and Others and How Individual
Behavior Effects Organizational Performance. Increase Understanding of the Differences Between Managing and Leading. Recognize the Pitfalls and Pathways to Success of Different
Personality Preference Styles. Maximize Opportunities to Provide Positive Leadership in Difficult Situations.
Managing Self, Leading Others utilizes a version of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator
which is the world's most widely used personality preference indicator. By understanding
ourselves and others using this non-judgmental way of looking at ourselves and others,
we increase our options to interact well with others and especially increase our abilities to
lead others effectively. This experiential workshop will enable participants to more fully
understand the impact of their personal styles on others and maximize their positive
interactions with others.
Managing Self, Leading Others is facilitated by Dr. Budd Babb Principal Consultant of
Budd Babb & Associates a management and organization development consulting group.
Budd is an expert consultant with over 25 years of successful experience assisting
managers and work teams for a variety of organizations throughout North America
including manufacturing companies, human service organizations, hospitals, universities
and government agencies to improve individual and team performance, redesign key
business processes and achieve organizational quality and performance.
