What’s Up? Inc’s Best Of Annapolis and Eastern Shore party was a huge success. Hundreds of people swarmed to partake in the best food, drink, and entertainment in the area.

The silent auction items made a boatload of money for local charities. There were even some celebrities in the crowd – including N*SYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick, who accompanied Halo’s Allison Orange who won best Best Hair Colorist this year. But the best part of the night was seeing all the wonderful hats that the guests had worn. Some notable hats included an industrial lighting fixture, a teacup set, and a Bay Grass hat (which won the Craziest Hat contest).
